Who we are

Stem Station is operated by Dafydd Thomas. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@stemstation.app.

What we collect

We collect the email address you use to create an account and basic app diagnostics you choose to send. Stem Station never uploads your session files or audio. Painting, queueing and printing all happen locally on your Mac.

The launch waitlist

If you join the waitlist on our coming-soon page, we collect just that email address and use it to send launch news and, after launch, occasional product updates. It is never shared or sold, and you can unsubscribe or have it removed at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe option, or write to support@stemstation.app.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The account page uses the browser storage needed to keep you signed in — nothing more.

Where your data lives

Account and waitlist data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in the United States. If you use Stem Station from outside the US, your information is processed there.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We do not see or store your card details; Paddle processes them under its own privacy terms and charges appear as “Paddle” on your statement.

Diagnostics & support bundles

If you send a support bundle, it contains application logs and system information only. It is encrypted with our public key and readable only by our support team. Session audio is never included.

How long we keep data

We keep account data for as long as you have an account and delete it when you close the account or ask us to. Support bundles are kept only as long as needed to resolve your issue. Waitlist signups are kept so we can send launch news and occasional product updates — until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, which you can do at any time.

Children

Stem Station is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by writing to support@stemstation.app. Deleting your account removes your email and billing association from our systems.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects how account data is handled, we will flag it in the app or by email before it takes effect.
